Misc. Info: Parsuram Prasad Poudel learned tabla under guru-shishya tradition at Nepal firstly under holy guidance from Late Atul Gautam, then Pt Homnath Upadhyaya. Later Poudel mastered in tabla from Banaras Hindu University in 2005 under the guidance of Dr. Praveen Uddav. He got some guidance from Pt Harimohan Sharma from Delhi too. He has performed in India and Nepal many times individually and with his band “Sampada”( The Heritage) Band. He is honored with Yuva Tabla player-2007, serving at Tribhuvan University of Nepal as Associate Professor (Tabla-Music). He is Sampada Band- Founder, Atul Memorial Gurukul-Vice President, Kapan Sangit Sarowar- General Secretary, Chair Person- Atul Smriti Vidhyalaya Management Committee.
