Comments – This song is particularly problematic. It contains the swar of both Yaman Kalyan and Bihag (i.e both madhyams.) It contains the pakad of both Kalyan as well as Bihag. Assigning this to either rag is a very uncomfortable proposition. We are somewhat randomly placing this in the Kalyan category. The music student should not use this as a guide to understanding the scope of Kalyan.
