If you are talking about the Double album from Apple (from the live concert in NY) that is a duet with Ali Akbar Khan, they play Hem Bihag, Manj Khammaj and Sindhu Bhairavi. There was also a single released by Apple of a short dhun with the same artists.
I guess it would be the raga on the VHS of the event. They play only one raag on the video. I thought it was pancham Se Gara? Does anyone know the one on the VHS?
Ravi plays a dhun on the Bangladesh video, which he calls 'Bangla Dhun' and says is based on a folk melody of Bangla Desh.
Of course, he plays it as a duet with Ali Akhbar Khan on sarod. It's excellent isn't it?
Did they film all three ragas performed? And if so can you find it on VHS or DVD anywhere?
AND does anyone know of any video of Surbahar or Rudra Veena and where to find it.

Last year I saw Ustad Asad Ali Khan in Amsterdam. I think the tour was organised by Carten Wicke from the above mentioned site. I'm not sure it was him filming, but there was a guy taping the concert. Maybe he can help you out. If you happen to find any surbahar-movies please let me know!!
I was corresponding with Carston about a year ago and he did say something about a video of that show. There was another video of Ustad Asad Ali Khan made and it seems that it was a school in St. Louis (Ustad Imrat Khan's Home base in the U.S.) that produced it and it is in their library's collection. I don't recall details of availability of this tape, but it certainly wasn't as easy as sending them your credit card # and shipping address.
If he ever makes that particular show aviable make sure he send the part after the intermissions. The first hour and a half Ustad Asad Ali Khan really struggled with his instrument. He had a lot (A LOT) of tuning problems. He would play for 5 minutes, put his instrument down, jank on string, tune it, and continue playing for a couple of minutes.
But after the intermission. . . Maybe he had a serious talk with his instrument. . . He walked onstage, sat down, tuned the tampura and started playing some amazing music.
I have a 1-20 mins. video of ustad Asad Ali khan. I don't recollect which rag he plays in the video since it's been a while. I also have 2 surbahar items on video. If anyone interested in exchanging email me.
