Does anyone have the ascending and descending scale for Rasiya? And would anyone have the Pakad (the commonly played phrasing of the raag).

I learned a composition the other day and it is one of the prettiest, romantically lilting raags I have heard. .similar to the phrasing Nikhil Banerjee plays on Sindhu Kamaj.

Hey Neal. . . . .
Get the book "Sitar Technique in Nibaddh Forms" by Stephen Slawek. It has a complete transcription of Ravi playing Rasiya, note for note. . . . ., grace notes. . .everything. . .!

Yeah, Rasiya is a pretty one. Its one of the first ragas I ever heard way back in the sixties. Its on Ravi's Two Raga Moods (capitol records) and also on Indian Classical Music (germany's grammphone records), both from around 1968. I wonder what thaat it belongs to?

Does anyone know where a CD of Two Moods can be bought?

That's one of those that unfortunately never made it to CD. Vinyl only. I have seen the vinyl for sale on Ebay now and then, but since the album's over 30 years old I wouldn't expect those to be in the best of shape. But you never know. . .
