It just so happens that I emailed the company that produced this vedo and asked this very question. The as-of-yet unfinished "Zakir" and its shorter version "The Speaking Hand" are currently not available on DVD. It appears that TSH is available on VHS at www.accent-films.com, however. The person I emailed said that it would eventually be available on DVD, but who knows what that means.
