As I'm in the UK I dont understand EST , Central time. Can anyone suggest how the time would relate to GMT (Greenwich Mean Time - UK) and I would love to join in for a chat.

Read your interesting idea. Yeah, problem with time zones. Europe is 8 or 9 hours ahead of you, so 7 PM in Austin ends up being around 4 AM or so in the UK! One suggestion I thought of is scheduling this on a Saturday, around noon your time. That might be a convenient time for just about everyone. What do you think?
