i am doing fusion music. .and have decided some 14-15 tunes to form a project. i stay at mumbai. i am in bad need of tabla player.
i want to make a fusion group/band.
any enthusiastic, creative, innovative tabla player can join me. i use rhythms in very different way. . .so i will not use tabla in its traditional form. . .i use computer to edit and record my music. . .

This is a joke right, Mumbai as in Bombay? or are you talking about someplace else. There are enough tabachis in Bombay to form a good size army. Don't look for them on the web, throw a small rock in the air when it hits someone ask them if to introduce you to a tablachi.

I can suggest you one very talented tabla player his name is Dr Shrinivas Rao of Bangkok;
He is excellent tabla player and does lot of fusion work in India and abroad.
The best way to meet him is to invite him in Mumabai for concert and then have a meeting. He can speak Marathi also so communication will be excellent.
