I was wondering if someone could please please write the basic bols for Chanchal. . .I would REALLY appreciate this.

Moreover, I wouldn't mind if someone could write down a few variations to Teental (preferably something that sounds fast. .)

I think you meant "Chanchar" instead of "Chanchal"
The Basic Theka is:( total 14 beats )

Dha Dhin S S Dha Dha Tin ( 7 beats,S is pause )
Ta Tin S S Dha Dha Dhin ( Khali's 7 beats )

Other variations are possible.
