I went to a show at the local tea house , David Pontbriand played sitar ,and Surbahar , Amos Libby played Tablas , it was an excellant show 2 exceptional musicians , if you get a chance to see them , do so ,
David is my teacher. He is a great player, very expressive. Are you a student of his? Amos is an excellent tabla player as well. There is another poster here named Neal that takes lessons from David.

i just bought my first sitar an hope to take some lessons from david in the future ,they put on a wonderful show,
