Hey, you might check with the venue in Philly, because she's coming to Dallas on the 18th, with dad in tow! I got my tickets today; not being a subscriber to the concert series, I had to pre-order them for after all the subscription tickets were sold, and got on the 10th row, drat, :-\ but they're not too bad of seats.
I heard that this was actually Ravi's first time to Dallas; I don't know if that's true, I'm pretty sure he played here in Fort Worth in the early 70's (about the time I wasn't living here for a few years, so I missed him.) Anyway, this is his second "Farewell" tour I guess. This will likely be not only my first, but my last time to see him as well/
I just looked at the calendar on Ravi's site, and no, he isn't playing all the venues Anoushka is. So no, he unfortunately won't be in Philly. Sorry about that.

Yeah, my wife amd I were talking about it on the way home today, and she reminded me about him being there, and how peeved I was that we couldn't afford to go! I guess I didn't want to remember those days. .I was in my thirties, just got out of the Army, going to college with all these young kids, and poorer than dirt! We didn't do much of anything! I'm just glad I can make up the loss experience.
