I really love this raga, but I'm not sure which that it is based from or what (if any) its name is. I was hoping someone might know it. In western notation it goes like this:
(based on a major scale) ascending: 1 b2 3 4 5 b6 7
descending: b7 b6 5 4 3 b2 1
The traditional notation: Sa re Ga Ma Pa dha Nee Sa nee dha Pa Ma Ga re Sa
sorry, I can't figure out how to notate lowered pitch online, so they're just lower case at the moment.
