Hi there

I want to ask you this question because you are a senior disciple of Alla Rakha Khan Sahib.

It is hard to describe this piece but I have heard it from Zakhir jee. The composition sounds like an 'angush ang rela' but I am not sure. He plays it in drut Teen tal and it goes something like this (I think) :-

DhaTiGid Dhintuna DhaTiGid DhaTiGid
DhaTiGid Dhintuna DhaTiGid TaTiKit
TaTiKit Tintuna TaTiKit TaTiKit
DhaTiGid Dhintuna DhaTiGid DhaTiGid

Note :- Dhintuna is played angush/purab ang

I know this may not seem clear but I am hoping there is enough there for yu to understand which piece I mean,

I am sorry but I didn't get which composition you mean exactly. If you have mp3 of that composition, please upload it somewhere on net and give me the link. I will download and then will understand which composition you mean. Then only I will be able to answer your question.
