Hello,

I am learning to play the Sitar. I need to practice with teen taal in background.

Does any tabla player have the medium teen taal in digital format (mp3 etc) or know where I can download it from?

Or if any tabla player can record in mp3 format and post for everyone to use that would be great.

It's not in english but you can click and listen to each lesson in various speeds.
