Hello, I saw a message here a while ago from a person who practices Sahaja yoga. I can't seem to find the message now. I do this yoga myself. I am very intersted in exchanging ideas about Sahaja yoga and tabla. Cheers, Steve

Hi,
For those of us unfamiliar with Sahaja yoga, perhaps you can explain the connection?
Hello, Sahaja yoga is a system of yoga for the spontaneous rising of the khundalini. It is a very simple and relaxing method. In this there are many bhajans which are good for clearing your chakras. Just wondering if anyone out there knew of these bhajans and appropiate rythmns to accompany them, Steve.
The most important way to clear your chakras is to play the Chakradar!
Playing 7 or 8 complex chakradars will clear all your chakras!

Are you Steve from Brighton in England? If yes, we had a discussion yet in the "time" topic.
I didn't ever practice yoga, but I had an experience whit my weight. With the same result, so I am sure, the indian music is the "highest" form of yoga. So I think, I know maybe, what you mean.
