Log on to the following site. It has the vestiges of a course on Indian Classical Music at Stanford. Clearly, it was not intended for public consumption and you are blocked if you try to enter it from the "front door". But it is on the internet and why not take advantage of it? Tabla solos by Ahmedjan and Anindo are available for download (Tanmoy has been removed, but his booklet is still there). Also there are homework exercises based on small audio clips. Have fun!
