Can anyone give me suggestions how to keep the tabla dry? On the cold humid days that it rains, the pudi streches, then i have to blow dry it or out it under the sun for few minutes. Any suggestion?

On cold/humid days, its good not to bring out the tabla. Sometimes, the tabla gets ruined because of that.

This is my question, how DO YOU keep them dry? I mean they are in my room. Will putting them in a box prevent this? How do you store them?

I, well thats me, I don't take any kind of risks on cold/humid days. I always cover the tabla's with a piece of cloth. Sometimes, I bag it also. If that doesn't help then try to send em' to africa (just kidding). One more thing, don't keep the tabla's under the sun for too long. They might get cracks from the heat and then the tabla's don't sound pretty anymore.
