Im assuming you mean that "clakity" sound. Ive never heard it called that. Its done by going to the most outside edge of the kinar and strinking na but sticking it there. Note it works better if your index finger is well seasoned. It probably took me about 2 years or so to get to the point where I can use it on demand.
