Can anyone recommend an electronic Tabla tuner. I had previously used a Korg DT3 that cost me �70 which was great but I lost it somewhere. Someone suggested a Korg CA30 but I get hopelessly confused when the specs start talking in Hertz etc. I appreciate these tuners are not specific for Tabla but they have help me. Grateful for any advice.
I use a Quartz Matrix Metronome, it also has a chromatic tuner on it that can go three different octaves. The metronome is also good becuase you can adjust the setting to have a different click on the 1 of every measure in 2,3,4,5 or 6 beats.
The sunadamala lehara machine is a good tuner and "metronome". it can divide a halfstep into 6 microtones for tuning, pretty handy. and of course there are all the leharas.
