It's the syahi, theres a loose particle on it and thats why it buzzes, this can be fixed by adding a little,(very little), glue to the exact place that buzzes, but fist you have to find it. I have the same thing, but i just cant find the loose particle so i cant fix it. Go see David Courtney's article on repair and maintainance, it also has some help.
