Hello!
I live in Finland. I haven't studied with any teachers, but I have a lot of material (videos, books and cds). I don't know if I can teach you anything, but it would be nice to chat and play together. I live in Oulu. It's in the middle of Finland. My e-mail address is jarkko99@yahoo.com. Please contact me if you come to Oulu and welcome to Finland!!!

There is Bengt Berger in Stockholm Sweden (studied with Taranath Rao if I remember correct) and an artist who propably lives in Norway. He has made a CD called Shankar of Norway (Jai Shankar). I have heard that he is a really good player. I have never heard them play. You can find Bengt Berger's e-mail address via internet search. In Finland there aren't any tabla players who have studied with a guru. About Jai Shankar I don't know too much, except that he can play.

Thanks for the offer, I'm actually Finnish, though i havent lived there too long, I'v studied for about two years under a Israeli woman called Nurit Ofer , shes a very good teacher. About videos and books i'v allways been very hesitant to use them, but i'll meet you in finland once i come there.
