It is aimed at beginners. There is a list of chapters and a list of the CD contents at the previously mentioned URL

It is not up to me at all. The production and distribution is being handled by Mel Bay publishers. However, since the list price is only $19.95 you can feel free to by the set and throw the book away:-)
