Anusha Ravishankar, a star disciple of Smt Revathi Ramachandran began her training in Bharatanatyam at the tender age of 3. She has been in the field of classical dance for the past 21yrs and has performed at several prestigious occasions all over India. The Chidambaram Natyanjali Festival, Mysore Dassera Festival, International Womens's Association, Srivilliputtur Dance Festival etc. to mention a few. She has also been a part of the dance based TV serial - Deiveega Thirumanagal which was telecast by Doordarshan.
Anusha, started her dance school Kalaa Sadhanalaya in Orlando FL in the year 2004 and has been teaching, choreographing and performing at various prestigious shows in USA. She currently resides in Lexington KY.
