Misc. Info: Jyoti Mathur maintains a private Music Studio, "Ragini" in West Lafayette and is giving sitar lessons since the spring of 2002. Jyoti has learnt Sitar from Shri N.G. Kelkar of Gwalior gharana. She performs as a soloist and in small ensembles. Jyoti is an active member of, and has performed for several musical groups in town. She has conducted a workshop on "Melody and Rhythm of Indian Music" for the members of Junior Musicale.
