I heard of a great excercise that specifically works on TeReKiTa, and KiTeTaKa

one of the key segments of the exercise was group three sets of TaKa in a row, and then moving out to TeReKiTa.
I know this is wrong, but I recall something similar to:

(teen taal)

TaKa TeRe KiTa TaKa
TaKa TaKa TeRe KiTe
TaKa TaKa TaKa TeRe
KiTe TaKa TaKa TaKa

but, if I wanted to compositionally preserve the first line TaKa TeRe KiTa TaKa ? and bring each cycle to close with that phrase? I can't remember how it was pieced together, can you help?
