Don't count on it buddy, i've been just learning too and have been asking for some help with different boles but no one seems to care or want to help.

but try these, it's nothing much, but its better than nothing:

kehrwa
dha ge ti ta na ka dhin dhin
dha ge ti ra ki ta na ka dhin dhin
dha ge na tu ## na na na
dhin na ti ra ki ta tin na ti ra kita
dha na - tin na ka dhin -

dadra
Dha Dha Ti Ta Na Dhin Dhin
Dhin Na Na Na Tin Na Na Na
Dhin Na Na Kat Tin Na Na Kat

these are all i got, i hope someone would share and help us.

p.s. happy practising!

Here are few examples:

Dha Dhin - Dhi Na Ka Dhi Na

Na Dhi Na Na Ta Ka Dhi Na

Buy Fundamentals of tabla. There are over 100 Kaherava tal prakars and 70 Dadra tal prakars for different situations. There are thekas and prakars for every tal, that you're ever going to use.

This is my favourite Kherwa one, it caters for all styles.

Dhi Dhin Na Dha Ti Dhin Na Na

Dhi = Ge+middle finger on sayhi dampened
Dhin = Ge+Tin (first finger) dampened
Na as in first finger outer edge
Dha=Ge+Na
Ti=Middle finger on sayhi
Dhin as above
Na=Ki (flat palm on Baya)+na as in first finger
Na=first finger outer edge

You will notice the tabla hand going na ti tin na, na ti tin na etc in repitition as in 2 fingered Teen Taal. The second Dhin is the crucial (and makes all the difference) as it is immediately followed by a khali (flat palm on Baya) and Na together. This is purely a personal style of preference.

I have written it deliberately like so but the actual sum (number one) is on DHA. After getting used to the bol experiment with accenting with different fingering weights, resonance and dampness. Before you know it the TiRaKiTa's will come naurally. Good Luck

I have other variation for Kerhwa, this variation I use in flamenco's tala: Tango.

Dha ge na tin na ghe dhina.

Look the line bass that you get.
I hope that you like.

Good luck

By the way guys wake up and smell the chai.
The big reason Kerwa is not notated much is because it's a feel thing . The inflection of the baya is so important . How do you write that?

Here's 40 versions of keharwa
"dhage naka naka gena"
Now that's how there written it's up to you to figure out the accents and how there played.

If you want to learn Kaharwa practice to records.
Outside of flying to Tari Khan for some lessons that's your best bet.
Peace
Warren
