I don't have the video yet. I believe I have it in my hands approximately in two weeks. The perfomer is of such high quality, that I can say that His playing must be great. I can't say nothing yet about sound quality or filming. I'll let you know about the video when I have it. You can be sure of that.
No. He has one cd and one video (solo tabla), but He has probably some more material as an accompanist.
Warren may have answer for this. Why Zakirji or Anindoji aren't making any videos (instructional or live tabla solo)? I believe they would sell pretty well.
Well word is zakir is putting together a training dvd but that's been mentioned over a year. I have one zakir shakti video bootleg from a tv show but the quality is so bad it's a shame. These guys need to get with te times I agree and I will start bugging them about it soon. I know they both have plenty of impromptu videos so it's a bummer they don't want them to get out. If the did theyd be bootlegged all over.
