Hi,

You can find a Garba cycle in the SwarShala demo, under the Styles folder. You can download this demo from the Swar Caf (http://www.swarsystems.com/SwarShala/Cafe/).

Sincerely,

I believe this is normally played as a variation of Keherwa( 8 beats ) as:
Dhin Ta Ki Ta | Tin Ta Ki Ta

Although some other variations are possible in 8 beats, most occassionally I have heard these bols being played with Garba songs.

In Dadra, the Garba rhythm is:

1 2 3
4 5 6

Dhin - Dha Ti Dha -
Tin - Ta Ti Ta -

Slower tempo could be played as:

Dhi Na Dha Ti Dha -
Tin Na Ta Ti Ta

. .where Na is played with the ring finger.
